Our tamales are 100% handmade and authentic using only fresh ingredients. All tamales are made of corn flour dough and filled with seasoned premium quality meats or vegetables in a mild chile sauce. Each tamale is individually wrapped in corn husks and slow-cooked in small batches using "Ollas Tamaleras" (traditional steaming pots). Our tamales are made with vegetable oil only; no lard is used in the cooking process.
